This is a Latvian country cake. Tree layers of moist vanilla sponge filled with lingonberry jam and vanilla custard diplomat creme. Decorated with macaroons, berries and other delicious staff :)

Ingredients: eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, flour, baking powder, oil, milk, heavy creme, starch, butter, lingonberry jam, oatmeal, brown sugar.
